Initial Client Meeting

We establish the brief and find out what your exact requirements are.

Property Search

We scour the market and engage with our network of real estate professionals to find the right investment for you. Worthy opportunities are inspected and a short list is complied.


Feedback is important therefore we’ll report back to you with the opportunities that we feel meet your criteria.


We will arrange for you or your designated representative to view the shortlisted properties at a time to suit you. Naturally, we will be there to accompany any viewings.


Once you have decided on the right property we will handle the negotiation process on your behalf. We will agree a strategy and aim to secure the property at the best possible terms to suit you; this often saves our clients 1000’s of pounds.

Sale Progression

We will manage the transaction through to exchange of contacts and completion. We will liaise with agents, solicitors and surveyors on your behalf and be on hand to unpick problems that may arise. We can recommend solicitors and surveyors should you wish us to.


We will arrange for keys to be handed over to you on completion and organise for locks to be changed upon request. For investment properties, we can introduce you to our property management colleagues.

Managed Sale

On occasion, we are approached by clients who have sourced their own property but wish us to oversee the negotiation and sales process. We are happy to discuss this with you and agree a strategy that will save you time and money.

Land & Development Site Sourcing

We run an ongoing search program for land with planning permission (or pending planning permissions) and strategic greenfield and brownfield sites that hold latent development potential. We work closely with our clients to find sites and re-development/conversion opportunities suitable to their specific requirements in their chosen area.

We pride ourselves on our professionalism, honesty and straight-forward approach to business and these same qualities are what we look for in the people/organisations with whom we create long term working relationships with.
